Advanced Machinery
A powerful, modern machine park is at the heart of our contract manufacturing operation. To meet the highest customer requirements, we work with an advanced range of equipment that makes our capabilities exceptionally versatile.
At the core are our three Fiab high-frequency (HF) welding machines, ideal for creating strong, precise welds in sailcloth and other technical textiles. We also operate the state-of-the-art Zünd G3 3XL-3200, enabling highly accurate CNC cutting for consistent results and efficient production. For fast, reliable grommet and eyelet installation, we use multiple fully and semi-automatic punching machines, complemented by a wide range of hand dies.
Our sewing department is supported by an impressive setup, including the Habraken HM-866 long-arm zigzag sewing machine, which is particularly suited for large-format materials. Several Dürkopp Adler industrial sewing machines provide additional flexibility for a wide variety of sewing applications. Material welding is performed using Leister hot-air welding equipment, allowing us to produce durable, watertight seams and connections.
We also have machines for metal and woodworking, which enables us to deliver complete solutions—from textile components to frame constructions. Thanks to this extensive and high-quality machinery, we can confidently take on almost any contract manufacturing challenge, fully tailored to your product and requirements.
